Sorry I have been skimpy on the posting, but I am in the middle of midterms right now. This is what I wore to the career fair a couple of weeks ago. I felt so professional =) but I was very nervous talking to the various representatives. Overall, I think it went pretty well though.

I have been brainstorming on different fall looks so I am looking forward to posting about those. And finally, guess who is taking an interim class in Hawaii this january!!!! =)

It was all rainy and sad outside today, so I decided to post these pictures from last week when it was all nice and gorgeous out. I went into target with the intention of buying socks and came out with this top, which is so incredibly typical of me.
In other news, I recently purchased a suit from Ann Taylor for job interviews and the fall career fair and such. For those of you who are small and have trouble finding business attire that fits you, Ann Taylor is your place. The suit fits great and they have an outstanding petite section. It was very difficult to not purchase one of everything... in every color. I will be featuring this suit very soon on here, so I am very excited about that.

This shirt was purchased intentionally way too big, so I have no idea what the shirt would look like on in my actual size. I was hoping that it would be long enough to be a mini dress, but alas no. I am still loving the baggy awesomeness of this shirt and I think it will look awesome with jeans in the fall.

STOP! Hammer time!

All right, before you ask. YES. I got harem pants. I have been skeptical of this trend from the beginning, but I decided that I might as well try it. After seeing them in every fashion blog and in dozens of stores I became curious, so I purchased this pair from Forever 21. By the way, just as a warning, I took more pictures than normal for this one.

 I thought that they looked really silly, so I rolled them up and felt better about them. I can't help feeling like I'm wearing pajamas though!

 I also think that they make my butt look weird, but I am starting to get used to them.

So I realized that A LOT of my summer wardrobe comes from pac sun. But really though their clothes just fit me right and they have some pretty reasonable prices especially when they have sales.
This week is going to be pretty light on work so I'll be able to post everyday which is good because I love taking photos and writing about different things. Talk to you all soon!

count the headlights on the highway

Sorry I didn't post anything yesterday, but this is essentially what it looked like from my point of view. Drove back to school yesterday and back to reality (and work) today! Oh well, at least the smoothie was good. Smoothie King is by far my favorite road trip food. If you've never had it, HIGHLY recommended. Anyway, this is what I wore today:

This is what I wore today. I normally wouldn't have worn white with white but there was something I loved about this especially with the bright blue in the sweater. (Also the white makes me look super tan!) I wore my hair in a messy fishtail braid on the side because I was much too lazy to do anything to it this morning, but I thought it looked pretty good. The earrings are probably my favorite part of this outfit but the picture that Tony took doesn't capture their awesomeness quite as well as I would have liked. I'm hoping to find my niche at this blogging thing pretty soon. Let me know what you think. Compliments and criticism welcomed.
